Destinations : Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Udaipur – Mumbai – Chennai - Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram - Tanjore - Madurai – Periyar - Allepey – Houseboat - Cochin - Delhi / Mumbai


Day 01 : Arrival – Delhi
Meet our representative on your arrival at the airport. Thereafter you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Red Fort, Delhi
Day 02 : Delhi
Its time to experience the capital city of the yesteryears and present age. We will start our tour with Red Fort which is the opulent fort of old Delhi. Then we will go to Jama Masjid. This is the largest mosque in India .Our next stop will be Humayun’s Tomb. Post lunch we will visit Raj Ghat the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Then drive along Rajpath, where we can see President’s residence at top of Raisina Hills & India Gate. Later we will go to Qutub Minar. It is a standing stone minaret. We will also see Lotus Temple & Birla Mandir. After the day long excursion, relax at your hotel.

Day 03 : Delhi – Agra
We will have breakfast at the hotel. Then we will proceed towards Agra . Enroute, we will stop at Sikandra. It is the tomb of Akbar. It is made up of red sandstone & marble. In Agra, we will go to Agra Fort. It is an important fort of Mughal dynasty. Next we will stop at Itmad–ud-Dualah. It is mausoleum built by Noor Jehan. It is purely made up of marble and has intricate jali works. Then we will visit Taj Mahal, one of the eight wonders of the world. It is built by Shahjahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is an amalgam of Persian & Hindu architecture. It follows the concept of char bagh (paradise garden). Enjoy the sunset at the Taj Mahal. Overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 04 : Agra
After your breakfast, we will go to Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world. It is built by Shahjahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is an amalgam of Persian & Hindu architecture. It follows the concept of char bagh (paradise garden). Enjoy the sunset at the Taj Mahal. Its has a perfect balance design and unique symmetry. Hymns from Quran are engraved on the marble walls. It took 22 years to build. Rest of your day is at leisure.

Day 05 : Agra – Jaipur
Today after the breakfast, we will move to Jaipur. Enroute visit Fatehpur Shikri where the grandeur of the royal palace & the capital city of Akbar lies & inside it there is a white marble mosque of Salim Chisti., the famous sufi saint. We will also see the audience hall inside.

Day 06 :Jaipur
Today we will visit Amber Fort. It is situated on hilltops of the city. We will take a ride on elephant to reach there. This fort has many magnificent temple inside it. It was built during the 15th century.
Later we will visit City Palace & Jantar Mantar an observatory built by Sawai Jai Singh ll ,for the purpose of studying movement of the stars. It is made up marble & red sandstone. Then we will see Hawa Mahal it’s a five storey building used as veil by the Rajputana women. After the day long excursion, relax at your hotel.

City Palace, UdaipurDay 07 : Jaipur – Udaipur
Our next destination is Udaipur, early morning we will start our journey. We visit Nagda & Eklingi enroute to Udaipur. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08 : Udaipur
After breakfast, we will start our city sight seeing with City Palace, one of the richest museums in the world. Then Saheliyon ki baari, gardens here have lush green lawns & beautiful fountains in the shape of birds. In the evening, enjoy the sunset in boat ride on Lake Pichhola. At night relax at your hotel.

Day 09 : Udaipur – Mumbai – Chennai
Today, you will fly to Chennai via Mumbai & meet our representative at the airport. Chennai is a beautiful city that has sandy beaches, parks, historic landmarks .There are a number of churches in Chennai & also several ancient temples around Chennai. In the city there are two magnificent temples -a temple in Triplicane and hotel.

Day 10 : Chennai – Kanchipuram –Mahabalipuram
Early morning after the breakfast, we will proceed towards Mahabalipuram via Kanchipuram, the Golden City and one of the seven sacred cities of India. Kanchi was important place for Buddhists, Jains and Hindus. Today, it is known, its hand woven silk fabrics. Reach Mahabalipuram..Enjoy rest of your day at the gorgeous beach.

Day 11 : Mahabalipuram
Its time to explore Mahabalipuram, famous for its shore temples,).The famous Arjuna's Penance and the Krishna Mandapa, cut out from massive rocks There are sixteen manmade caves in different stages of completion scattered through the area.

Day 12 : Mahaballipuram – Tanjore
After breakfast, drive to Tanjore, visit Brihadeswara temple (or the big temple).It is the only Vishnu temple in south of India. This temple was built in 11th century. Rest of you day is at leisure.

Day 13 : Tanjore - Madurai
In the morning after breakfast drive towards Madurai. Rest of your day is free for shopping & leisure.

Day 14 : Madurai
Visit to the Meenakshi temple- a splendid example of Dravidian architecture, Tirumala Nayak Mahal and Gandhi Museum. Overnight will be at the hotel.

Lake, periyarDay 15 : Madurai – Periyar
Morning, after breakfast proceed towards Periyar on the way visiting Idukki dam built on Periyar River. Today explore the Periyar wildlife sanctuary by Boating through Periyar Lake. This will be ever-memorable one. Then evening is at leisure. Overnight will be at hotel.

Day 16 : Periyar – Allepey – Houseboat
Early morning after breakfast proceed to Allepey famous for backwaters ride which are a unique product of Kerala and are found nowhere else in the world. Check into a traditional houseboat and go on a leisurely backwater cruise along the lake. A ride on the houseboat is a fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Cruise through the backwaters. Overnight will be at Houseboat.

Day 17 : Allepey– Cochin
Today in the morning disembark your house boat and drive towards Cochin. Upon arrival check into your hotel and relax. Overnight will be at the hotel.

Day 18 : Cochin
In the morning after breakfast you will be visiting the Chinese fishing nets along the Vasco Da Gama Square, Santa Cruz Basilica, St. Francis Church, VOC Gate, Bastion Bungalow etc. Apart from these architectural splendors, an array of restaurants serving fresh seafood is also popular among tourists.

Day 19 : Cochin – Delhi/ Mumbai
In the morning after breakfast in time transfer to the airport to board your flight back to Delhi/ Mumbai from where you will board your connecting flight back home.
